Due to economic conditions and introduction of Oreck in other retailers the local franchise business lost our ability to remain viable.

As of 12/23/09 There are no authorized sales and service locations available in the San Diego market. Your warranty and maintenance program remains valid and as soon as Oreck can reopen stores, all current customers will be notified.
Customers with units in for service from 11/15/09 to 12/19/09
We have contracted out a service that will deliver your service unit to your San Diego home. They have no information regarding this business decision and cannot help you with future needs. They are hired to deliver your unit that was in for service between those dates.
If your unit was checked in prior to 11/15/09 for service, the terms to our service agreement on your work order notes that units left over 30 days are subject to be donated.
