2008-2009 NCH KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION

Registration for kindergarten students for the 2008-2009 school year for the North College Hill School District will take place 4:30 pm - 8:15 p.m. March 18 and March 19.  Contact Shari Blessing 728-2610 for registration location.

Please bring:

Birth Certificate

Proof of Residency (deed or lease in the name of the custodial parent/guardian)  AND

Current utility bill (gas & electric, telephone, water) in the name of parent/guardian for service

at the NCH residence.  

For families living with relatives or friends:  both items above are required for the legal NCH

      resident, and a notarized affidavit filled out and signed by both legal resident and

      parent/guardian of child requesting enrollment, AND current official mail addressed to

      parent/guardian at NCH address.

Immunization Records

School fees may be paid at registration.  Kindergarten fees are $45.00.
