International Academy of Dance is owned and operated by C. Beth Knight.

Ms. Knight has 34 years of dance experience. She has taught for 13 years in the Harford County area.  She recieved her training in St. Louis, Missouri.  Ms. Knight was a member of the St. Louis Civic Ballet Company, an instructor for various dance schools including the St. Louis Community College Dance Program.  She is a member of BATD, FUSTA, and the Maryland Council for Dance.  Ms. Knight is a certified reading teacher for a Baltimore County School's Title I program as well as a private tutor for K-8th grade students.

Our Instructors:

Jennifer Calary- has 13 years of dance experience.  She is a 7 year member of Knight magic.  Ms. Calary works at Salem Child Care Center in Jarrettsville.  Jennifer is a graduate of North Harford High School, and is attending Harford Community College.

Elspeth Glasgow- has 8 years dance experience.  She is a member of FUSTA and has been a competitive Highland dancer for 7 years.  Ms. Glasgow is active in her school choir and drama department as well as being active in Varsity sports.  Ms. Glasgow works at "Tea by Two" in Bel Air.  Elspeth attends Redeemer Classical Christian School where she is a senior.

Ashley Regel- has 11 years dance experience.  She was a 4 year member of Knight Magic.  Ashley is a former member of the White Marsh Ballet Company, and is embarking on her second year in The Rage Box Dance Company.  Ms. Regel attends North Harford High School

Lisa Rhoten- has 13 years dance experience.  She was a 5 year member of Knight Magic.  Ms. Rhoten is a certified Senior Staff and Group Leader, in charge of the school aged program at Forest Hill Kiddie Academy.  Lisa attends Harford Community College.

Samantha Zimmerman- has 11 years of dance experience.  She is a member of FUSTA and has been a competitive Highland dance for 5 years.  Ms. Zimmerman is a current member of Knight Magic.  Samantha attends Fallston High School.
